Education and Research

Madre per il Sociale is the new platform of educational activities of the Fondazione Donnaregina per le arti contemporanee. A network of social inclusion projects with the aim to build a shared experience with an increasingly wider and inclusive community, transforming the museum in an active and participated place.

Madrescenza is a research and training platform, dedicated to the deepening of contemporary languages ​​through the organization of meetings, conference seminars, workshops and publications. An experience of knowledge that allows to deepen and elaborate the relationship between art, thought and everyday life.

A place to meet and talk, but also to gather and disseminate information, the Library and Multimedia Archive of the Madre is a documentation center specialised in 20th and 21st century art.

Research activity lies at the heart of the Madre's daily working method, research that means the production and sharing of knowledge, through which the museum encounters and interacts with the various institutions and forms of knowledge extended to the territory at a local, national and international level.
