11th Contemporary Art Day

AMACIAssociation of Italian Contemporary Art Museums, a nonprofit organization founded in 2003 with the aim of promoting modern and contemporary art in Italy, comprising 26 of the most important Italian contemporary art museums, is organizing for the eleventh consecutive year its Contemporary Art Day to be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015. The doors of AMACI’s 26 member museums and about a thousand other institutions all over Italy will open their doors offering free admission to present artists and new ideas with exhibitions, workshops, events and lectures. A varied program of events will give the general public an opportunity to experience contemporary art up close and first hand.
